Creative Lodging Solutions® Invests $7.5 Million in Growing Business Lodging Program

Lexington, KY – Creative Lodging Solutions, a leading long-term and group lodging management resource for businesses throughout the US, announced today its plans to invest $7.5 million to fund the growth of new service initiatives, including Priority Pay billing for hotel partners. The company is also relocating its Lexington headquarters to support the growing number of employees, boosting square footage from 20,000 to 60,000 in the first quarter of 2015.

Creative Lodging Solutions continues to grow at a rate of 20-25% annually and has seen record breaking numbers this summer in both reservations made and revenue booked. The company has added 32 new employees this year and is on track to add an additional 120 jobs within the next four years.

“What we are seeing is an incredible demand for hotel travel management from businesses with frequent or extended-stay lodging needs,” said Marsha Couch, CFO of Creative Lodging Solutions. “Hotel rates, billing and travel policy management can be total chaos. That’s where Creative Lodging steps-in, allowing travel managers to focus on bigger-picture initiatives while we deliver an organized hotel management experience at a lower cost.”

The company is in the process of expanding its recently launched Priority Pay program for hotel partners across the nation. The initial enthusiasm from hotels has exceeded expectations, more than doubling participating partner enrollments so far this year. The new investment will enable the company to rapidly expand this payment method to more hotels as the year progresses.

Hotel partners prefer Priority Pay for the following reasons:
● Transfers invoice timing control to hotels
● Drives faster payments otherwise sent via mail
● Eliminates time spent on folio calls and faxing
● Simplifies billing management and reporting

“Priority Pay has simplified the payment process for our company and is an immense time saver,” said James R. Skender, director of guest services at Hampton Inn. “Matching and grouping invoices together in Priority Pay is a breeze, and if ever needed, the support is always quick and handled by top-notch, friendly people. It is truly fantastic and I highly recommend it.”
